For investors & partners · Netherlands

The products are built.
Now they need to reach people.

Coding As Creating has designed, built, and shipped more than a dozen apps, games, and learning tools since 2023. Making products is not the bottleneck. What the studio is missing is the other half of a company: marketing, distribution, and the business side. That is where we are looking for an investor and partners.

01 / What is already built

A studio that ships.
Again and again.

Everything here was designed, developed, tested, and released by the studio, without outside capital.

02 / The gap

Strong on building.
Thin on everything after.

AI made building fast. Getting products in front of the right people, and turning them into a business, still takes people and capital.

In place

  • Product & engineering

Idea to App Store release, repeatedly, with shared components that make each new product faster.

  • Design & interaction

Focused, approachable experiences across games, creative tools, and learning.

  • Enterprise AI expertise

AI systems, platforms, and technical learning, including course work for KodeKloud and Udemy.

Missing — where help is needed

  • Marketing & growth

Positioning, App Store optimisation, campaigns, content, and community, so the products people would enjoy actually find them.

  • Business development

Partnerships, publishers, schools and organisations, pricing, and revenue models.

  • Commercial operations

Market research, user feedback loops, metrics, and the discipline of deciding what to scale and what to stop.

03 / Who we are looking for

An investor.
And partners who sell.

Capital matters, but so does experience. The right partner brings both, or brings the people who have it.

Investors

Funding to hire marketing and business roles, run real go-to-market experiments, and give the strongest products room to grow.

Discuss investing

Marketing & growth partners

People or agencies who know how to launch and grow consumer apps and games, and want a share in what they help build.

Partner on growth

Business & distribution partners

Publishers, platforms, schools, and organisations who can put the products in front of the people they were made for.

Partner on distribution

04 / Proposed use of capital

Spend on reach.
Not on more building.

Indicative allocation. The amount, roles, runway, and milestones would be agreed as part of a funding conversation.

  • A commercial team

Marketing and business roles working alongside development, so every release gets a real launch.

  • Two or three focused bets

Pick the products with the most promise, find a route to paying customers, and agree the evidence for scaling or stopping each one.

  • Support that fits the work

Investment for the commercial products; grants and institutional partnerships where free access is the purpose.

05 / Honest questions

What still
needs to be proved.

Is there proven demand?

Not yet. The published products prove the studio can build and ship. Demand, product revenue, and a repeatable route to customers are exactly what marketing and business support are meant to establish.

How will the studio stay focused?

By limiting the number of active commercial bets and setting explicit milestones for each. Breadth is useful only if it leads to decisions about where to concentrate.

How much depends on one person today?

Much of the work does. Shared components, documentation, and commercial partners would reduce that dependency. It remains a material risk at this stage.

What would an investment be in?

The intended model is investment in the studio, with an interest in its ventures. Legal structure, ownership, and any future spin-out terms need to be confirmed before an investment.

How does the free work fit?

The open initiatives support learning and community participation. Their capacity and funding need to be defined alongside commercial priorities, with grants or dedicated partnerships where appropriate.

06 / Next step

what comes next.
