By downloading or using Sort It Out (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Purchases and advertising

The Game currently contains no in-app purchases and no advertising. If a future version introduces either, it will be described in the App Store listing for that version and in our Privacy Policy before release.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use the Game or its assets except as permitted by applicable law. You may not interfere with the Game’s operation.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Game at any time. The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coding as Creating is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Game.
