🌍 Made for Europe · one small action a day

Small green habits.
Real EU impact.

One Daily Seed is enough. Then, if you want more, explore a Policy Lens, try a Field Mission and grow a living European ecosystem. Every factual claim links to an official source.

A calmer way to live greener

One action is enough. Optional policy and field branches keep the app useful after you log it.

🌱

Daily Seed

A free, accessible action under ten minutes, with an equivalent alternative whenever the first one does not fit.

🔎

Policy Lens

A short scenario connecting your action to the exact EU rule behind it, with the official source alongside — and, arc by arc, a look at the real persuasion technique behind a common climate myth.

🦔

Field Mission

An optional real-world check that builds practice, understanding or civic agency—never points.

The places worth protecting are real. So are the rules.

Europe has committed to cutting net emissions 55% by 2030. That target turns into thousands of small, concrete changes — and a surprising number of them are yours to make.

Support

We're a small team and we read everything. Here's how to reach us, and answers to the questions we hear most.

How is my data stored?+

Your garden, rhythm, impact commitments, history and settings live on your device. There is no account. If you separately join Together, only a rotating token plus the activity kind, weekly theme, local day and chosen country are eligible for the aggregate service.

Are the CO₂ numbers exact?+

No. Sapling shows a conservative low–high scenario for applicable habits, deduplicates overlapping changes and stops accrual unless a habit is confirmed every 30 days. Knowledge and civic participation are never converted into CO₂.

Does Sapling contain ads or paid rewards?+

No. Sapling has no advertising, purchases, tracking prompt or commercial reward. Public-interest funding or institutional partners sit outside gameplay and may only be acknowledged factually.

How do reminders work?+

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device — a daily nudge at a time you choose, a gentle evening check-in timed to when you usually open the app, and a weekly recap. We ask permission only after you've completed your first challenge, and you can turn them off anytime in Settings.

What happens if I miss a day?+

Nothing is lost. Your garden dims a little and brightens again the moment you come back — it never resets, and one rest day refills automatically every week. Sapling is built to fit real life, not to punish it.

Which countries does it cover?+

The pilot is EU-wide and lets you choose a country without requesting location. Country collective figures stay hidden until at least 25 contributing device-days are present in the rolling seven-day window.

How do I request my data be deleted?+

Use Me → Transparency → Delete local progress to remove the garden, history, settings and anything waiting to be sent. You can also leave the anonymous collective at any time.
